China Annual Human Resources Awards Ceremony inaugurated in Shanghai Hillton Hotel
on Jan. 6th 2006. 11 famous professionals achieved "Most Valuable Professional
" since their outstanding contribution for HR management, 10 HR enterprises
achieved "Annual Best Human Resource Services" in this first large scale
ceremony in HR vocation in China. The Awards activity last
3 months, developed research by Worldatwork(WAW), Institute of Management Accountants(
IMA), International Public Management Association for Human Resource( IPMA-HR),
judged by 16 professionals from 6 countries. It is the purpose
of "Most Valuable Professional" award that commending those who contributed
to various field of human resource. They are leading the domain which they are
serving, leading to high attention from human resource field inside and outside;
it conveyed the newest opinions by their behaviors and ideas, lead development
in vocation; their progress both reflected up-to-date trend and indicated perspective
of HR field in China. The "Annual best Human Resource Services" award
is to build up a surveyor's pole accordingly promote level of HR service in China. There
are 2 round-table meeting and communion in this ceremony also. An impassioned
discussion such as "contest of people with ability in economical globalization",
"HR how to resolve career risk" developed among above 10 HR Director
from top 500 enterprises around the world, presidents from top HR service institutions.
Opinions from them have been shared with participators. Plenty
